Seasonly is a seasonal job matching app. It matches people who want short bursts of work with local businesses that need extra hands for their busy seasons. You swipe through roles, match with employers and chat with them, all in one app.

Where and when is Seasonly available?
We’re launching with a pilot in York.
Who can use Seasonly?
Anyone aged 18 or over who wants seasonal work, including but not limited to students, graduates, gap-year takers, parents and retirees.
How do I apply for a job?
Swipe right, or apply from the Browse page, on any role that fits your schedule and priorities. That’s your application: no cover letters or unnecessary questions nobody reads.
What kinds of jobs are on Seasonly?
For the pilot, seasonal roles are limited to retail, hospitality, and food and drink. In the future, we aim to expand into events and festivals, tourism and leisure, warehousing, and farms and outdoor work.
Do I need a CV?
No. If you have one it’s helpful, as you can upload it and we’ll use it to fill in your profile for you. It’s entirely optional.
How does matching work?
We use AI to rank jobs for you, and to sort applicants for employers, based on things like your availability, location and interests. Real people make the decisions: employers choose who to accept, and no algorithm rejects you.
What happens after I match?
Once an employer accepts you, you chat directly in the app to sort out the details and get started. You can share any documents the employer asks for, such as a right-to-work share code. Seasonly doesn’t check these documents; the employer does. You and the employer are responsible for any documents you share, so only send something when you’re 100% sure.
How do I get the app?
During the pilot, access is by invitation. Join the waitlist and we’ll be in touch if and when your spot is ready. Seasonly is launching on iPhone (iOS only).

How much does Seasonly cost for employers?
Founding employers use Seasonly free for the whole pilot, with no hidden costs or catch. This app is built for the community.
What is a founding employer?
A York business that joins us for the pilot. You use Seasonly free, we set everything up with you, you get a direct line to the founder to help shape what we build, and you’re featured as a founding partner when we launch. Become a founding employer.
What kinds of businesses can use Seasonly?
Shops, cafés and restaurants are our main focus for the pilot. In the future, we aim to expand into venues, events, warehouses, farms and more. Our goal is to be open to any local business with seasonal staff, peaks and demand.
How do I post a role?
Add the role’s title, pay, hours, dates and location on the Listings page of the app. It takes minutes.
Can I browse all job seekers?
No. You only see people who have applied to your roles, sorted by how well they fit. This keeps hiring focused and protects job seekers’ privacy.
How do I talk to applicants?
After you list a job, accept the applicants you want to speak with. Then chat, swap and sort documents with them in the app, or take it outside the app if you prefer.
Your data
Do you sell my data?
No. We never sell your personal data, and we don’t use it for advertising.
Who can see my profile?
Job seekers’ profiles are visible only to employers whose roles they’ve applied to. Your work experience and education are shown only to employers you’ve matched with.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account in the Profile section of the app at any time. This removes your profile, matches and messages. See our privacy policy for the full details.
